Regarding delivery

Our ultimate goal is to provide the best shipping options and provide the highest standards of service.

Delivery area : All over Japan

Shipping fee : Free shipping for purchases of 10,000 yen (tax included) or more. Orders under 10,000 yen will be charged 800 yen for shipping.

Order Confirmation
After you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email with detailed order details and shipping information. Please check these details (country, address, company name, department, etc.). If there are any errors, please contact us immediately. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and contact us.

Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, but may take longer during peak periods (holidays, big sales, etc.) It may take.
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming the details of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your item has been shipped. This email contains your order number, carrier information, date and time of your order, order status, and a tracking number for your shipped items. After 48 hours, the package can be tracked on the official website of the shipping company.
After shipment, it usually takes 7 to 10 business days to arrive, but the arrival time may vary depending on the destination. Also, the delivery date may be delayed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking
Once the package arrives in your country/region, the local postal service is responsible for delivery. This means you can track your package on your local postal service website using the same tracking number. If tracking fails for any reason, please contact your local post office first. They may provide information that we do not have.
If you cannot track your package, please send an email to service@ulanzi.com. We are always here to help!
Please note that tracking is valid for 60 days, so if you contact us after this period, we will not be able to assist you.

Delivery
We take reasonable precautions to prevent product damage. If your item is damaged during shipping, please email us at service@ulanzi.com within 3 business days of receipt.
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us with photos as soon as possible.
If possible, after receiving your order, please notify the shipping carrier of any issues encountered during the shipping process (damaged packaging, missing/damaged items, etc.).

Change Shipping Address
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please email us at service@ulanzi.com.

Note
Order processing may be delayed in the event of force majeure. However, we assure you that we will be able to process your order quickly, weather permitting.
Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be at your expense for reshipment. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-quality reasons.
